Store Policies

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling:

        Adequate notice is required, a minimum of 24 hours. No show, late cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of the cost of your missed appointment in order to re-book your next appointment.

  • Due to liability reasons and for the privacy and relaxation of clients, please no children.

  • With few exceptions, only the guest receiving the treatment is allowed in the lounge (no multiple guests).

  • Any promos or vouchers are subject to one per client, once a year,  no exceptions.

  • Returns/Exchanges:

        I want you to love your products, so returns and exchanges are welcome minus a 10% restocking fee. Services are exempt of refunds.  To ensure a favorable outcome, I conduct a thorough consultation where your honest feedback is required.  Prescribed home care with quality professional products is required to see improvements, but desired outcomes cannot be guaranteed 100%.
